Life Fitness expands Fit Series strength line with six new machines

Life Fitness has launched six new strength machines to complement its Fit Series line. Aimed at the light commercial market – and hotels in particular - the new Fit Series products combine the renowned quality of Life Fitness equipment with the added benefit of space efficiency. 

The dual-use Fit Series Abdominal/Back Extension (FSABBA), Rear Deltoid/Fly (FSFLY) and Hip Abduction/Adduction (FSHAA) all incorporate two different exercise choices in one machine. Easy to use, the machines allow for an effective and comfortable workout for exercisers of all levels and body shapes, with minimal adjustment required between exercises.

Arron Williams, Life Fitness Academy Manager, says: “The Fit Series product range offers a huge choice of exercise options, providing the ultimate in strength training variety for users of all ages and abilities. It is ideal for gym managers who are challenged by limited space, yet unwilling to compromise on the range of exercise options or quality of equipment they provide for their members and guests.”

The Fit Series Cable Motion Gym (FSCM1) is a slightly larger and more robust version of the highly popular G5 home gym system launched last year. Its adjustable and removable bench offers an unlimited variety of exercises using ground-based movements, an exercise ball or dumbbells. The Fit Series Dual Adjustable Pulley (FSDAP) is a compact version of the famous Dual Adjustable Pulley (DAP) and features angled towers to minimise floor space requirements. Accommodating users of all abilities, the Fit Series Smith Machine (FSSM) replaces the Club Series Smith Machine. 

These new additions to the Fit Series line allow operators to significantly reduce the number of machines required for their customers to benefit from a complete strength training workout.
